Not very impressed. Family member in inpatient rehab unit. She spent 14 days there. Of those 14 days, 6 days she didn't get therapy at all. Of the other 7, we spent dayS trying to convince a PA (not even a real Dr) that she had UTI (yes you CAN have a UTI without fever). We scheduled a meeting and never got to see PA, although they set the time and only therapist showed up and discharge planner) She went 8 days before having a BM even though we told them day one she was having issues. She had NO breakdown on arrival, but did upon discharge. There were some really good nurses, but unfortunately some really BAD ones. Nice, Clean building, but unfortunately that's it so far. Hope it gets better, but wouldn't recommend it right now.

Very nice Staff. They got us in a room very quick. I am very empressed. They got strait to the point and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Went in with a headache and ear hurting. The quack came in didn't examine me and told me it was nasal and sinuses . Went to my Dr yesterday and it was a ruptured ear drum. I have contacted my insurance company about this and advised them to dispute the bill. How can you diagnose someone if don't examine them??? Another thing if your Dr is a germ freak then he should find another profession. I advise everyone to go to another hospital, not this one..

Horrible place. First off if u have insurance, they try to get i to do things that dont need to be done! And then i got overbilled for a hospital bill when i have a emergency co pay! NO this bill was not from a dr. It was a hospital bill. Even my insurance tried argueing! They overbilled me, i caught them they lied! And harrassed me about it!!!!!!!!

Every time I have been to this hospital I have been given GREAT care. Normally everyone is amazing. However came today with my mom who was having chest pain. I needed to give her full medications list to our nurse. Several staff members passed me by or looked but never offered help. I ask if I was at the right because I have been looked at and passed with no acknowledgement. A nurse ( I later found out Charge Nurse) whipped around and said I have not looked at you in a hateful tone. I let her know I was not going to be talked to that way. My moms nurse called me where she was to give the needed info she then said let go this way and ask you mom a question. As soon as we rounded the corner the nurse is ask to speak to me. I declined saying I have nothing to speak with her about and I rather be left alone. She followed me in the room running her mouth, even after over 5 times asking her to leave me alone she kept on, IN MY MOMS ROOM! When I told her we have nothing to talk about , I would speak with my moms nurse ( who was still in the room) she popped off well I'm the charge Nurse. This women was rude, unprofessional, and went to far she crossed the line. Floyd medical should really look into this, as I will try to find a way to file a complaint.
